This is an M4 × 16 self-tapping screw with Mushroom Head design, widely used for automotive trim, panel fixing, and general light-duty fastening.

Although written as M4 × 16, this is not a machine screw.
The sharp self-tapping tip and coarse thread profile allow it to cut its own thread, enabling direct installation into plastic or thin metal without a nut.
