This is a rear tail lamp locator grommet with integrated rubber sealing ring, designed to align, cushion, and secure the tail lamp assembly to the vehicle body.

⚠️ This is NOT a push rivet and NOT a trim clip.
The lamp stud slides directly into the grommet, providing precise positioning, vibration isolation, and water sealing.

This design is commonly used on Mazda vehicles and is confirmed compatible with JAECOO J7 rear tail lamp mounting.
