This is a door sill (scuff plate) retainer clip designed to secure the interior step plate at the door opening of Isuzu TFR pickups.

It is interior trim hardware, not a body or bumper clip.
The clip locks into the sill panel and allows the scuff plate tabs to snap firmly into position, keeping the plate flat, silent, and secure under foot traffic.
