This is an OEM-style nylon blind rivet (plastic blind rivet) used to secure lightweight exterior panels on GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Jeep vehicles.
It is commonly used for fender liners, wheel-arch liners, bumper covers, splash shields, and exterior trim panels.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTICE:
This plastic blind rivet MUST be installed using a dedicated Plastic Blind Rivet Gun.
❌ Normal metal rivet guns are NOT suitable and may cause improper expansion or rivet damage.
✅ Only a plastic blind rivet gun can correctly expand and lock this rivet.
