This is an OEM-type exterior moulding / flare clip, designed specifically for securing the rear wheel arch flare and rear quarter side mouldings on Toyota Prado 120 Series and Lexus GX470.

The purple 9 mm stem clip is unique to this model range and ensures a tight, rattle-free installation for exterior trims.
It is not used in other Toyota models — only Prado 120 / GX470.
